Q: Do you offer financing?
A: No, we do not offer financing.

Q: Do you offer vehicle shipping/transportation?
A: No, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once you have contracted with a transportation company, we can coordinate with them a reasonable day and time for them to pick up your vehicle.

Q: Do you consign vehicles?
A: Not at this time. Maybe in the future.

Q: Will you find a car for me?
A: We do not offer any services to find a specific car for you. Due to the nature of classic cars, it is difficult to find a very specific car (specific condition, correct year, color, motor, options, etc.). Our suggestion is to sign up for inventory updates on our Inventory page so that when we list a new vehicle you may like, or have been looking for, you are one of the first to know.

Q: Will you repair/work on my car?
A: No, we do not offer repair services. We only buy and sell cars.

Q: Will you restore my car?
A: No, we do not offer restoration services.

Q: Will you buy my car?
A: Maybe. We do buy cars from individuals, but there are a number of factors that determine what we buy. If you’re interested in selling your vehicle, send us an email to info@callawayclassics.com and we can discuss further.

Q: Can I bring my children and let them run wild in your showroom? I know they are not my cars, but my children are “hands on learners” so I let them put their hands all over the paint of other people’s cars, open and slam doors, jump around on the seats, climb the bumper like it’s a jungle gym.
A: Please don’t. While children are more than welcome to visit, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and keep their hands to themselves. Any unruly children will be asked to leave. This rule extends to adults as well. This is not a proving ground to see whether or not your child has finally developed that long sought after skill of “self restraint”. Take them to IKEA for that.

Q: Do you allow test drives?
A: We do for serious buyers. Proof of funds, valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.

Q: Do you offer pre-purchase inspection services?
A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you sell motorcycles?
A: No, cars and trucks keep us plenty entertained.

Q: Do you guys only sell Mustangs?
A: While it is one of our favorite models and we have a bias towards them (hence the logo), we do sell and enjoy other makes and models.

Q: Why are you only open 3 days a week?
A: We are closed Monday and Friday so that we can catch up on paperwork/emails/calls, prepare the cars, and hold private appointments for serious buyers.

Q: I’ve been calling all day but no one answers, what’s the deal?
A: We are most likely inundated with walk in customers. The days that we are open can be very busy and we can have multiple customers stopping in, one after another. We appreciate your patience and will call you back within 24 hours. Please leave a voicemail with your contact information so that we may call you back.

Q: I’m really interested in one of the cars you have, can I just stop by unannounced on one of the days you are open to check it out?
A: You can, but we highly recommend that you call in advance and schedule an appointment if you are seriously interested in one of our cars and want to take the time to thoroughly inspect it. We may be showing another car at the time you decide to visit, which does not allow us to give you our full and undivided attention. Scheduling an appointment in advance allows us to be more accommodating and makes your visit more enjoyable.

Q: What is Cars and Coffee?
A: A relaxed car show that happens in the morning. Click here for information about our Cars & Coffee

Q: Are you hiring?
A: Not at this time

Q: Do you rent out cars for photo shoots/events?
A: No, we do not. It does not fit our business model. Check out Camelot Classics Cars. They are local to us and offer these types of services.

Q: What is your processing fee?
A: $0.00 (yes, zero dollars)
